Diaper Pouch

I saw a tutorial for a diaper pouch on Noodle-head and thought it would a great addition to the gift for my friend. I made it to match the quilt. Ill also be making some matching burp cloths.

Rainbow Bright Quilt

This one is a little bright- should come with a battery pack, but I like the bold colors! This quilt is for another baby who is on her way. My friend is due at the end of February. This is her second- baby Hadley will be a little sister to her big brother Owen.

Dress Up A $3 Shirt

This was a simple $3 shirt from the sale rack at Target that was spiced up with a little fabric clovers and beading. I used a large and small clover circle for these and added some black beads.

Burp Cloths

My new favorite gift for new babies- burp cloths! There are quick and easy to make using cloth diapers and cotton fabric.

Some things just call for fancy

These cute little oneies where so easy to make! cut out the top piece and bottom piece of the tie onto a piece of paper, trace to the back of your fabric and wonderunder, stick the wonderunder to the backside of your fabric, lay down on oneies, iron on and sew around the edge!

Another Baby Quilt

This quilt was for a girlfriend who had a little baby boy in August. She never found out the baby's gender and it is hard to find cute gender neutral baby fabrics, so her baby got a cow print!

Another Baby on Board

One of my girlfriends is having a baby next month!!
her shower is this weekend and i cant wait!
she doesnt know if she is having a boy or a girl so she is planning on doing the nursery in khaki and white and she will add blue or pink after the baby is born.

i found a great khaki and white zebra stripped pattern and added white chenille and a khaki white poka dot fabric. not very baby, but definitely fits my trendy friend!

Ruffle Shirt

Ruffle shirts are really in lately.

recently i needed to buy a suit and needed something for under it. so in a panic and short on time i got this cute tank with a little ruffle in the front from ann taylor. as soon as i got home i was mad at myself. yes the shirt was cute, but for the love of G i could have made that thing for less than the $28 i paid!

so i saw this great tutorial on Adventures in Dress Making

i had a shirt from old navy $7 that i had never worn
cut the sleeves
hemmed it into a t-shirt and ruffles with the sleeves
